I had a CBD facial from lol and it was amazing! I was a bit worried it might smell funny, but everything smelled incredible — super fresh and relaxing. The whole experience was so soothing, I nearly fell asleep! My skin feels so soft and glowy afterwards, and that face and scalp massage? Absolutely unreal. Can’t wait to book another one!

This was my second facial with Lolly and exactly what my poor dry skin needed after weeks of DIY and neglect. The products she uses are beautiful and my face was proper glowing afterwards - this will definitely be a regular treat for myself! I heartily recommend the crystal bed add-on for anyone wanting to make their treatment even more magical and relaxing.

Natalie was very knowledgeable on advising what I need to be using on my skin to keep it hydrated and in good condition. The clinic room was very clean and relaxing. Getting a facial is my new favourite way to spend a lunch break!

Harriet at the Beauty Lounge is a very experienced and professional beautician. She is very friendly and informative about the treatments she is doing for her clients. Harriet recently did a mini manicure and pedicure for me, which l was very happy with, she has also done waxing for me aswell. Would definitely recommend Harriet and the Beauty Lounge for Beauty treatments.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had the most incredible back facial (bacial) with Lol and I’m honestly blown away. The vibes were unreal — her room is SO cool, it smelled absolutely amazing, & the whole atmosphere was just perfect. Lol herself? An absolute dream. She’s so kind, so talented, and made me feel more relaxed than I have in years. The treatment was beyond thorough, so soothing, and genuinely exceptional start to finish. I’ve already booked my next session because there’s no way I’m going without this in my life again. Officially a client for life now. Can’t praise her enough — Lol is simply the best!

Had my usual appointment with Rosie, another great job on my nails & toes. Historically I have visited various salons in both Sunderland & Newcastle & have to say the experience I have had since coming to Dolled Up has been by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly & relaxed & all staff make you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this salon, their range of treatments & pricing is very competitive.

Best facial as always!! Natalie knows exactly what my skin needs and literally works magic. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!!
