I have extremely sensitive skin, and am basically allergic to everything face product wise. After an extremely bad experience, Tess went above and beyond to make sure I was okay with waxing, walked away SMOOTH & reaction free. The whole experience was so reassuring I felt so safe & happy I let her do this. I couldn’t have lashes for over 8 weeks, Tess was extremely understanding throughout this whole experience. After 3 weeks of absolutely battering my eyelashes today I finally had an infil and honestly tess’ work amazes me everytime, I’ve genuinely just had the most relaxing appointment ever, my eyelashes were RUINED but tess managed to over fill them in the time we had, my eyelashes were so thick and full. not only is Tess brilliant at what she does she makes you feel so at ease, I’ve walked away from that appointment feeling so beautiful and like me again. Tess is fantastic. A really lovely, bubbly woman who makes you feel welcome and relaxed. She's extremely skilled and knowledgeable and has an excellent aesthetic eye to see straight away what is needed. But.. she will not do anything that she feels is unnecessary. You can totally trust that you will get excellent results. I will go to nobody else.
