I have never had such great brows. Taylor is a one in a million young talent who is dedicated to her craft and has attention to detail for days. I got my whole face waxed at the same time which is not something a lot of technicians offer. Who knew the best brows in Sydney were right next door to me in Winston Hills! Can’t wait to come back :)

I had a lovely relaxing afternoon, thank you Tanya. It's been many years since this senior had been to a beautician. My face feels and looks so much better. I had a pamper session today with mani/pedi facial with included a head massage (Valentine’s special). I walked out feeling like a million dollars. I’ve been there a few times now and the service is fantastic. Rochelle does an amazing job with nails, Hetal and Swinky do a great job with massage, facial and threading. I will make this my regular now as it offers everything. Love the online booking system and not having to wait ages to get served.

Tina was fabulous. She clearly takes pride in her work and is a perfectionist. I went in for an eyebrow wax and a set of eyelash extensions, and was very pleased with the final product. I will be back. Very glad I tried somewhere new.

The ladies at Opal are so lovely. I am always happy with the shape of my nails and the colour choices are endless. I find sometimes the seats at nail bars can be a bit ratty but the ones at Opal are clean and in good condition, as are the massage chairs.
