Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I was disappointed that there was so much hype on your website about the ipl machine that could be used on black and white hair . I drove 80 min round trip and was told before I even sat down that it couldn’t be done because I need to grow the hair between treatments and most people can’t commit to that. On a plus note the best facial wax give ever had.

Ala was amazing! I was extremely nervous about my cosmetic tattoo removal (being on my eyebrows and so visible on my face!), but she was really reassuring and explained in depth the process so I knew what to expect up front. I am really happy after one session - I may need another one, but I expected that after chatting through with Ala. She was also very quick!
