I had a wonderful experience. Michelle did such a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have very long hair and she ensured I kept my length (as I asked) while getting rid of all dead/split ends and cut my curtain bangs perfectly to shape my face well. She even agreed to do an impromptu eyeborw was and tint. Which looks amazing. The Soul Sanctuary experience was so relaxing and I walked out feeling so good. All the staff are so friendly. I even got puppy cuddles which made my day. Thank you for the experience ladies. I will be coming back every time ✨️✨️✨️✨️

I had the absolute pleasure of having my eyebrows styled by Michelle yesterday, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results! Michelle is an artist! She took the time to listen to my preferences and provided expert advice tailored to my face shape. I found Poveda online when I moved to Brissy. I have sensitive skin and am allergic to waxing. It was so difficult to find a boutique brow bar that offered threading around the place. I saw his ad online and took a chance. I have not looked back since. Pablo does an amzing job with my brows everytime. His work is consistent and he never rushes. He gives honest opinions on ncessary treatments, which I really appreciate. To top that all, his services are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Poveda 🙂

Both Beth & nurse Jessie were incredible. With Beth I had a near full body wax, eye brow tint and lash lift and red light therapy for my face. Beth was so quick with the waxing and had minimal pain at all. She had great conversation and she absolutely slayed my brows. I was given a foot and hand rub which made me feel more relaxed than I have been in months. I would go back just for that part alone. Jessie was able to answer all my questions, she’s incredibly professional and to the point which I enjoyed. I have had no bruising at my injection sites and they were quick and painless.

Leah has the most relaxing and welcoming mannerism, she makes the experience very personal and takes time to understand your desired outcome from the service. She did my first ever brow lamination. She was so excited it made me excited but I didn’t know what to expect because I’d never seen it done on someone and WOW brow laminations are a vibe. I actually hugged Leah because she made my eyebrows match my face and accentuate my eye area. I could have cried I was so shocked at how good it looks. She’s an Absolute gem. Thank you Leah.

I am absolutely in love with my brows! They look so clean, defined, and perfectly shaped honestly the best they’ve ever looked. The waxing was so precise and gentle, it almost felt like they were being painted on with such care and attention to detail.
