Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! I found Poveda online when I moved to Brissy. I have sensitive skin and am allergic to waxing. It was so difficult to find a boutique brow bar that offered threading around the place. I saw his ad online and took a chance. I have not looked back since. Pablo does an amzing job with my brows everytime. His work is consistent and he never rushes. He gives honest opinions on ncessary treatments, which I really appreciate. To top that all, his services are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Poveda 🙂

Both Beth & nurse Jessie were incredible. With Beth I had a near full body wax, eye brow tint and lash lift and red light therapy for my face. Beth was so quick with the waxing and had minimal pain at all. She had great conversation and she absolutely slayed my brows. I was given a foot and hand rub which made me feel more relaxed than I have been in months. I would go back just for that part alone. Jessie was able to answer all my questions, she’s incredibly professional and to the point which I enjoyed. I have had no bruising at my injection sites and they were quick and painless.

Leah has the most relaxing and welcoming mannerism, she makes the experience very personal and takes time to understand your desired outcome from the service. She did my first ever brow lamination. She was so excited it made me excited but I didn’t know what to expect because I’d never seen it done on someone and WOW brow laminations are a vibe. I actually hugged Leah because she made my eyebrows match my face and accentuate my eye area. I could have cried I was so shocked at how good it looks. She’s an Absolute gem. Thank you Leah.

Mitra is always great, she is gentle, takes her time and really listens to what I want as a result. She also is very knowledgeable about what will suit my eyes and face shape. I had to come in to get my lashes redone unfortunately as I tried another technician and didn't get the result I wanted. Chloe at the head office was very responsive to the feedback and helpful and rebooked me with Mitra for free. There was no negative attitude towards me from either of them (as I often find happens in the beauty industry if you aren't happy with the results) and my lashes were fixed. Very happy with it!

The lash extensions look amazing—full, natural and are long lasting. My brows are always perfectly shaped to frame my face beautifully.
