I had a wonderful experience. Michelle did such a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have very long hair and she ensured I kept my length (as I asked) while getting rid of all dead/split ends and cut my curtain bangs perfectly to shape my face well. She even agreed to do an impromptu eyeborw was and tint. Which looks amazing. The Soul Sanctuary experience was so relaxing and I walked out feeling so good. All the staff are so friendly. I even got puppy cuddles which made my day. Thank you for the experience ladies. I will be coming back every time ✨️✨️✨️✨️

Grace is very thorough and gentle with her approach. Given I was receiving a new procedure, she ensured I was educated on the steps involved and took the time to answer all my questions. I found Poveda online when I moved to Brissy. I have sensitive skin and am allergic to waxing. It was so difficult to find a boutique brow bar that offered threading around the place. I saw his ad online and took a chance. I have not looked back since. Pablo does an amzing job with my brows everytime. His work is consistent and he never rushes. He gives honest opinions on ncessary treatments, which I really appreciate. To top that all, his services are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Poveda 🙂

Both Beth & nurse Jessie were incredible. With Beth I had a near full body wax, eye brow tint and lash lift and red light therapy for my face. Beth was so quick with the waxing and had minimal pain at all. She had great conversation and she absolutely slayed my brows. I was given a foot and hand rub which made me feel more relaxed than I have been in months. I would go back just for that part alone. Jessie was able to answer all my questions, she’s incredibly professional and to the point which I enjoyed. I have had no bruising at my injection sites and they were quick and painless.

I am absolutely in love with my brows! They look so clean, defined, and perfectly shaped honestly the best they’ve ever looked. The waxing was so precise and gentle, it almost felt like they were being painted on with such care and attention to detail. I had my brows done with the hybrid dye, sculpt, and lamination for the first time and was honestly a bit nervous it would be too intense for my face. But Layla was amazing. She really listened to what I was looking for and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The result? My brows looked super well-defined, natural, and so pretty! Highly recommend!
