Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

Beautifully decorated shop. Very friendly and welcoming. So happy with my Korean lashes, I've only ever had standard LVL before and there is a big difference. Also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time in my life. (36 years old). Will definitely be back for other treatments.

This is my second visit to wonderful Tia, in just 2 appointments she has ‘got’ my needs and has delivered colour and cut to make me feel like me again. Highly recommend!

I had a lash lift and brow lift done by Katie, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process comfortable. Katie is brilliant! She did both my lash lift and tint and my full body massage and both were great. Katie is professional and makes you feel super comfortable. I love the results of my lash lift. I will be back!
