This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

Yassmine is simply amazing! She took my very damages lashes and made them pretty again! All that while having great conversation and being so comfortable in the absolute cutest spa! Sierra always takes care of my brows and omg my eye lash lift and tint makes me feel like a who new person! My eyebrows were pretty unruly and Sierra was able to shape and laminate them to an amazing shape, they’ve never looked better! Love a lash lift and tint and eyebrow lamination for a low maintenance routine. Sierra is the best, I recommend anyone to go to her to feel pampered and taken care of !

I had a great experience getting a Classic lash set with Tianna! Tianna was friendly, helpful, and did a beautiful job: I told her that I had gotten Hybrid lashes in the past that looked (and felt) heavy so she made sure my Classic set looked summery/fluttery and felt super comfortable. Thanks!

I've been getting my eyelashes done for more than 5 years and have always struggled because I have super super sensitive eyes. With Kayla though, I feel like I could fall asleep and not feel a thing💕!! She is meticulous, gentle and timely. She is just amazing!! I trust her fully and already dread the idea of having to move to a new city and having to find a different eyelash tech :'( when my studies are done. Plus we always have the sweetest of chats💕!

I just received the brow mapping service after months of not giving my brows any love… let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I’m a blonde with sparse eyebrow hair in some spots and I combined my brow mapping with a henna dye and BOOM-all of a sudden I have brows again! Not only did I receive the results I wanted from the service, but I felt so incredibly relaxed the entire time. I feel so confident with my new brows and I can’t recommend this service, or the Refinery in general, enough!

Yasmine has done my classic eyelash extensions a handful of times now. She technically skilled, open to feedback, and kind. I wasn’t entirely sure what style I wanted (open eye, cat eye, single, volume) and she was able to explain the difference and craft a look suited to my eye shape. I would highly recommend her to anyone new to eyelash extensions or looking for another service provider.

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Sierra was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She is absolutely professional and amazing at what she does. I received services for a lash lift and tint as well as a brow wax. In the past, at a different establishment I have had negative experiences with lash lifts with the aesthetician being quite aggressive and the results were not as high quality. I can definitely attest that this was the most relaxing experience possible. I look forward to going back to the Refinery for additional services!

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience at The Refinery! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tamires, and she gave me the most beautiful results. As someone who is highly indecisive when it comes to my nails, she patiently helped guide me to the perfect colour and nail shape. Tamires is also incredibly kind, and a treat to chat with! I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!
