I came to Dubai with acrylics and desperately needed a infill - I contacted nails DXB and they was so helpful over the phone with me. Booked me in then I had to reschedule, when I got to my appointment the staff made me feel so so comfortable, very polite, very helpful and chatty - which I like as I hate sitting in silence. That also helped me so the nails still matched my toe nails I had done in the uk! - and also done extension gel which is much better than acrylic. Thank you guys so much! Next time I’m in Dubai I will be back x

The hair service by the team is amazing. However the nails need improving and the prices need to reflect dubai mall or the building. Higher prices than Wow salon Dubai mall.

Expert service, nice staff. One of the well established places in Dubai with long years in business. Cars can double park, there is a valet driver watching and moving the cars, so no issues.

I had one of the most relaxing facials ever with Criz. She was so welcoming and friendly, but also so knowledgeable and informative about everything that was happening in the facial. After visiting Korea last year for the first time, it’s so cool to know this salon exists in Dubai, the first time here but won’t be the last. This is one of the best salons ive tried In Dubai. From the Calmness cleanness , how they so friendly and on top of all professional 👏🏻👏🏻 i tried nails and hair and i was very very satisfied no comments at all. The bar girl was cute , clean and quick. And ofc the reception girl was so professional and friendly🩷 Thanks to everyone there 🩷🩷🩷

I came with severe bleach damage hair with uneven color lighting and cut and they fixed alll of it beyond my expectation, I thought I’ll have to get a pixi cut and stuff but the retained most of my lengths left my hair glossy even and color balanced and restored as much as they could amazing service hospitable staff and most of alll there patient and listen to you
