Really good guys for doing the hair, but the front desk receptionist is a disaster! Any excuse to charge me more, even though I’m their regular customer!!! Never welcoming never offering a drink , I’ve even been attacked by her before saying that I didn’t pay previous visit. I literally had to show her proof of the receipt. This kind of behavior should be illegal in Dubai. It’s sooooo HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PEOPLE. I hope this message can go to a manager to the dial a nail in downtown. At 8 boulevard walk tower.!!

Sasha Beauty Salon Jumeirah is the best in Dubai, and after 20 years here and 30+ salons tried, I know! The reception staff are warm and welcoming, like family. Today I had a Moroccan bath for men in Dubai with Hisham, and honestly, everything from A to Z was perfect.
