Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

I get my lashes tinted as well as a lash lift and also my brows tinted. It took me a while to find a good place to get this done because I have very fine lashes and color just doesn’t adhere. I really have been so happy with my experience here.

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing.
