Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I live in Nevada now, but since finding Jess I wait to return to Chicago because I can’t go to anyone else! Watching her cut almost seems like a lesson in geometry, she makes sure to follow my wishes, and the results have always been more than 5 stars in my opinion! Plus she’s a lot of fun to talk to. I had my hair done at Studio 84 One for my wedding celebration dinner. The stylist was very efficient and the result was great. He advised me to wash my hair in advance to save time because I was under time pressure and updo took only 35 minutes for my mid-length hair. Highly recommend.

Amazing! No one has ever cut my hair better than Lucy. Every single time she is spot on, and cuts it exactly as I envision. I’ve been going to Lucy for a few years now, but this was my first time getting color with her—a sun-kissed balayage—and it is TO DIE 😍 I knew she’d be an amazing colorist as well! She is the best. Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing.
