After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did.
