Another great visit and good looks re-gained :) I found Lisbon Lash Land in June 2022 and haven't thought about changing my eyelashes stylist ever since! Lorena is always on time and doesn't let her clients leave unless the eyelashes look top-notch. She is also super organized and writes down some notes for next appointments. Most importantly. she cares about the health and safety measures, which I value a lot! I always go for the Russian volume and every single time I am super happy with the look.

Laurena is amazing. I have been getting my eyes lashes done for many years in Paris and since I moved Lisbon been struggling to find the right fit. They literally smack a big black fur on your face.. yikes... Laurena has the most gorgeous natural brown lashes, she shapes the most gorgeous healthy looking brows. There is literally no one else like her in this city.

Rita was really kind and saw me earlier as i was 20 minutes early to the appt. Came for a holiday to Lisbon and wanted to have a haircut. I have curly hair which needs to be cut different to straight hair. Rita cut my hair in layers and I loved the way she maintained the curls. She is very good and passionate about her job. Highly recommend her.

I got my hair cut and my nails done and I am OBSESSED!!!! Both the hairdresser and the nail tech were so kind, friendly, spoke English perfectly and so incredibly talented! The salon is very chic and modern and I felt so relaxed when I left. Can’t wait to go back for another treatment! Finally found my favorite salon in Lisbon, can’t recommend it enough. 10/10

I came from a bad experience where my previous technician burned my lashes and over-curled them. At lash land they explained me everything and ensured she did the treatment with extra hydration. Everything was perfect and my eyelashes came out even better then I hopped. Thank you Lash Land for saving my lashes ❤️

I am happy with the new volume lashes I got, they look good and were done with care. I cannot yet say if they will hold and stay on as I expect, but that will remain to be seen! I will be booking a new appointment for a redo to refresh them, some few weeks from now. Overall happy with the customer service, even though the lash technician didn’t really speak English and the appointment was mostly silent, I didn’t mind at all because it was a great chance for me to just relax in silence and do some mindfullness. I’m happy with the customer service, quality and overall experience I have had multiple times. The only issue sometimes is a language barrier which makes it hard to communicate with your technician and sometimes you get the feeling that you are a bother to the other person because you don’t speak their language either - portuguese. I don’t mind having to get lashes or eyebrows done in silence because we cannot talk, but sometimes you can hear the technician sighing or sounding annoyed and it just leaves me feeling bad. I will still be returning and will recommend Dez studio to my friends!
