I went to Nicole for a take off and new set of classics. This is a salon from home which is very comfortable and fit for purpose. She checked what my requirements were and explained what she was doing throughout. The whole experience was very relaxing and felt more like a therapeutic treatment. I was given an aftercare pack including lash shampoo with cleansing brush and an under eye mask and lip mask. All in all the best lash experience I’ve had - thoroughly recommend!

I booked a blow wave very last minute and was accomomodated to suit me. Immogen did a great job and we both learnt something useful from Steph about how to get the front full with very little effort. Thank you both 💓

Amazing, always love visiting Mel for treatments , makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Had my nails , eyebrows and eyelashes done and so happy. So impressed with my lash tint and lift . My eyebrows are done to perfection and my nails look amazing. Thank you again xx

Beth did a great job of my LVL Lash lift and Brow Lamination. I have quite fine and sparse lashes and have always struggled to get them to look good but Beth made them look super lifted whilst still being natural! They look great Thank you

I will always go to Charlotte for my beauty treatments. There is no one better! She gets my lash extensions perfect every time and they last for so long. It’s such a relaxing experience in a cosy environment.

Absolutely made up with my treatments, I had LVL and Brow lamination done by Courtney. I've never had these done before but wow! I won't ever go without now! Made a huge difference to my face, my words when i took the mirror were "OMG, I could cry", and I really could have. After feeling low the last couple of weeks, Courtz really has worked her magic on me today and I feel much better now on have a full set of brows and effortless lashes xx

5* as always! After a really stressful few weeks, I was looking forward to my appointment for some ‘me’ time. Laura just lets me sit and rant, whilst working her magic on my nails! I left feeling much more ready for Christmas, with beautiful nails, and a smile on my face. Thank you Laura, make sure you have a rest this Christmas as you work so hard and give 110% to every set of nails you do. Sorry that you became my therapist as well, but thank you for your support and understanding too! My nails are the ‘best bit’ of my body and make every outfit shine even brighter.

Perfection every time! Kate does my classic lashes regularly and is very thorough, the results are exactly how I want them, the salon has got a nice vibe to it, and she gives great advice along the way. Absolutely recommend!

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls
