Mel is one of the nicest, kindest person you will meet and at times have gone out of her way to accommodate or reschedule my appointment at short notice. I had the Party Package with Philippa today. Philippa is very professional and welcoming. She described the whole process from beginning to end which was reassuring as a lot of it is done with eyes closed. I enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be returning.

Yet again, a fantastic experience she really can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She even puts up with me not stopping talking which some technicians do not like my lashes are fantastic. I cannot recommend her enough honestly fantastic young lady. And for how good they look, it’s definitely value for money 100%
