Gemma is brilliant, she always does such a great job with my eyebrows, shaping and tinting and waxing appointments. Never have to worry, always does a really professional job with ease, she is also really lovely, and puts you at ease. I had double booked my original appointment by accident and despite how busy they are with Christmas she was able to squeeze me in and change my appointment so I didn’t miss out. Highly recommend Gems Beauty, especially Gemma, great team and service.

I booked in for eyelashes, eyebrows, and a massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.
