Gemma is brilliant, she always does such a great job with my eyebrows, shaping and tinting and waxing appointments. Never have to worry, always does a really professional job with ease, she is also really lovely, and puts you at ease. I had double booked my original appointment by accident and despite how busy they are with Christmas she was able to squeeze me in and change my appointment so I didn’t miss out.
