Was anxious cause its my first time cutting my hair here in newcastle, but they were all friendly and provide good customer service. Elle did my hair and it was perfect! I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. wonderful as always. i started coming to boilerhouse as my first ever salon, then when i was low on funds for a while i tried a few different salons in newcastle, all of which were nothing compared to this place. they really set the bar high . the level of care from everyone from the moment you step in the door to the moment you leave, is nothing short of incredible . i am so grateful to marianne for my beautiful hair , and also just everyone in the salon making it such a welcoming and wonderful place to visit . thank you!

Sophie makes you feel relaxed from the get-go! Sophie is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I’ve already had a spray tan and a full body massage - both highly recommended. With a manicure and a waxing treatment already booked in - I’m looking forward to further sessions! Sophie is a little gem in Forest Hall!
