This was my daughters first eyebrow wax and Charlotte carefully talked her through what was going to happen, she tested a bit on her hand and checked on her all the was through. My daughter was very pleased with her eyebrows and said Charlotte was very nice.

Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax.
