Kia is knowledgeable and friendly, her bed is super comfy, the room is clean and she made me feel totally at ease. My lashes are perfect and my brows are just how I like them! Although I have been going to Charlotte for manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials for about 16yrs. I was excited but still a little nervous to undergo Eyebrow Microblading ………..She was absolutely amazing as always ! I cannot recommend her enough. The room was even more spotlessly cleaner than normal plastic cling film over EVERYTHING it looked like a private doctor’s surgery (with the exception of very well chosen music on in the background) and then I relaxed. The whole experience was lovely and my eye brows have never looked this good for many years. Thank you Charlotte xx

This was my first appointment with Jane for a brow and eyelash tint and tidy. I was very pleased with the results of the finished treatment and as a result have already booked for my next treatment.

I saw Kirsty today who has done amazing work on refreshing my eyelash extensions. For the first time, Kirsty has also enhanced my eyebrows by tinting and shaping them.
