I’ve been coming to the Only Way is Beauty now for several years, and just love it every time. The staff really do make the place, it’s always a happy environment, the ladies are so down to earth and professional, they really put your care at their forefront. My regular treatment is nails, and I can never fault these. My daughter also now has hers done here too. I’ve recently started venturing out onto other treatments, pedicures, waxing & eyelashes and I can honestly say whatever treatment I have and whoever is doing it, it’s just so relaxing, it always feels a real treat. I had my first bikini wax today and I have to say it was such a positive experience, I felt so comfortable despite having felt nervous. Any pain was momentary and extremely manageable. I came out feeling fresh, very much the opposite of some of the stories I’d heard from friend’s experiences going to other waxers. Hygiene standards were impeccable, Paula was chatty but professional and her attention to detail while still getting it done quickly is amazing - Could not recommend enough and will be returning as a regular client :) Very happy
