I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! I’ve been having my hair coloured and cut by Kerry now for the past 6 months and I’m never disappointed with it. Every time I have my hair done, I always get complimented by family, friends and work colleagues on how nice the colour is (red) and how it’s cut. Not only is Kerry a very professional stylist but you can tell how much she cares about her business and her work colleagues as they are also lovely and easy to talk to as well. Thank you Kerry x

I attended for a laser treatment patch test. Mujde at Radiance Beauty took SUCH good care of me. She explained all about the Duetta laser technology used at the salon (better treatment for skins with colour). The patch test was explained really carefully and carried out in different places with different settings. Mudje was truly lovely. She is warm, friendly and professional. She was keen that I understood how the laser worked and the likely results I could expect. I would have no hesitation recommending Radiance for laser treatment.
