I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. So happy with my lash lift and tint and eyebrow lami! Feel like a new person! Can't reccomend Hayley enough!

I attended for a laser treatment patch test. Mujde at Radiance Beauty took SUCH good care of me. She explained all about the Duetta laser technology used at the salon (better treatment for skins with colour). The patch test was explained really carefully and carried out in different places with different settings. Mudje was truly lovely. She is warm, friendly and professional. She was keen that I understood how the laser worked and the likely results I could expect. I would have no hesitation recommending Radiance for laser treatment.

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

Excellent eyebrow wax and tint. My first time so didn’t have a clue what to expect. Outcome was natural and really impressed with the results. Stacey explained the whole procedure. I’m really fussy and was chuffed with the results. That impressed I’ve already rebooked. Highly recommend.

My first visit to Hayley wasn’t nothing shy of the best! A wonderful atmosphere, she is so welcoming and I’ve finally found a lash lady that is incredible at doing exactly what I want, I’ve also not trusted anyone with my brows for years and I’ve left feeling so happy with the treatments I had done. I had a lash tint and lift with Jade today. She did an amazing job with them, I’m really pleased. Radiance is a lovely place to get pampered. Staff are all pleasant and friendly. Jade was very professional, in all manners. She made me feel relaxed, was really lovely and friendly and also happy to share advice on future treatments. Thank you Jade.
