It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! Excellent eyebrow wax and tint. My first time so didn’t have a clue what to expect. Outcome was natural and really impressed with the results. Stacey explained the whole procedure. I’m really fussy and was chuffed with the results. That impressed I’ve already rebooked. Highly recommend.
