I had a lovely appointment with Cydney. She’s so chatty and friendly. I’m very pleased with the colour and my bouncy blow dry! Best of all is that the Milkshake dye does not irritate my scalp. My previous hairdresser used Wella and it was always really itchy afterwards. These products are much gentler. I highly recommend!

What a lovely relaxing experience. My nails both on hand and feet, eyebrows and eyelashes all look stunning. Imi was patient, made you feel comfortable and is pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend.

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Sam was very professional and talked me through everything before we started. I had never had anything like this done before ( brow tint/wax and microblading) but I’m so pleased with the results. I’m now fuzz free and have matching eyebrows! Thanks Sam x

Great eyebrow wax and tint with a great shape.

My first treatment at Polished was an eyebrow tint. Hatty was so friendly and explained everything she was doing as she went along. Very happy with my eyebrow tint and will be back.
