It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

I’m very pleased with my recent experience at Mane West! Kaitlyn was attentive from the start, making scheduling easy and very accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and loved the salon’s inviting vibe in their new location! My stylist, Amy understood my vision for a balayage and added warm caramel tones with a subtle technique that blended perfectly with my dark brown hair; exactly what I was looking for! Upstairs, Keira was informative and did a fantastic job on brown waxing any tinting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My first time here and it was great. Customer service, nice hot tea and hung my coat. Lovely space, stylish, modern, gorgeous. Jaquelynn highlighted and trimmed my hair and it was fabulous! A bit pricey (women's hair!) but actually the best looking colour I've ever had so I don't think I can go anywhere else now! She knew how to manage my thick hair. I also bought some great travel products to keep my hair bright and soft.

This salon is always a pleasure the stylists are always amazing the girl who cut my hair did an amazing job, I think it was Emily anyway, this is my third time as the salon first haircut others were colour services but they are great highly recommend. I have curly thick hair and I was a little nervous getting a hair cut at a normal salon instead of a curly specialist and it did not disappoint my stylist knew exactly how to cut the hair and style it didn’t disappoint I will definitely be returning for my next hair cuts.

Courtney and her team are amazing. They all work so hard and won’t let you leave without your hair being perfect. Courtney is so dedicated to her work and consistently gives amazing service. I would highly recommend this salon. It’s definitely one of the best in all of the Ottawa area.
