My beauty therapist was sweet, friendly, gentle and professional. She is a real gem and my eyebrows are perfect - thank you. Also the lady at reception - warm, friendly and professional. Again, did not get her name. The salon has good, welcoming atmosphere.

Was good. Just a suggestion perhaps you shouldn’t charge for soak off if the nails were done at your establishment. My pedi plus was not as good as I was expecting. My heels still feel rough. Normally after a pedi plus (done elsewhere) my heels feel soft. Overall I like the place and think I have found a home for my hands toes and brows. Pity the Pedi plus isn’t 💯

The experience was great with Janine who did my threading today, she was very gentle, thorough and patient. However I booked an appointment online for yesterday and when i got there was told that the threading lady was not in, as my car is in the garage i had to pay an uber to get there. The lady at the reception told me they tried to get a hold of me, i am on your watsapp communication and had no communication. please ensure that the online appointment booking rejects an appointment if the therapist is not there.
