A lovely experience as always, such a beneficial treatment for my health conditions, particularly PCOS and stress. I like having reiki straight afterwards, as it gives you that grounding you need and alleviates any recent niggles like headaches, dizziness and even tiredness. More people should have this treatment and I would thoroughly recommend it!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Danielle. She used very gentle movements that felt soothing rather than intense. It was very different from a deep tissue massage but just as beneficial in its own way. After the session I felt lighter, less bloated and less inflamed. There was also a visible difference in areas where I usually hold fluid. Beyond the physical effects, it was incredibly calming and also helped me unwind mentally.
