I have been using Poppy for many years. I left once for about 3 months but returned because she is so professional and does a fantastic finish on eyebrows, and nails. Always walk away feeling marvellous.

Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

Another excellent eyebrow wax, this time with Elise. She was lovely, so friendly and took extra care as I have sensitive skin. Forgot to review last time I was in, was seen by Belle. What a lovely salon well equipped and lots of options for all your beauty needs. Had eyebrows waxed but have also had a massage and seen 4 of the team. Nice to know that you can see different people and get the same great results. Great place, great girls, easy to book and very reasonable prices. So pleased I found you. ❤️

First time at Phoenix Beauty today, my usual place has recently relocated, so was looking for somewhere local, and found this appointment for an eyebrow wax easy to book on line. I was given a friendly welcome by Poppy, where I waited in the salon, that looked clean, bustling and well equipped. Poppy showed me through to one of the treatment rooms, ambient lighting and very comfortable couch. She took her time and we chatted the whole time. I am very happy with the results. Will be booking again and can highly recommend. Looking forward to trying maybe a facial or a massage. Thank you.
