Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded by Nafesa before, but this was my first time booking LVL and an eyebrow tint. I was really impressed with the results. The brows came out a bit too dark at first, but she managed to tone them down, and I appreciate that it might take a little trial and error to find the perfect shade. The finish was excellent, and this will definitely be my new go‑to spot for lashes and brows.

She was also very considerate when threading my brows and checked to ask if she could help take more off to even the shape as I requested to keep them thick - very appreciated!
