Ruby was great and the head massage prior to haircut I could barely walk it was amazing. Before we started I showed the type of style I was after she nailed it. I've had a hard time finding a new stylist since mine retired this was my 6 shop since, I will definitely be going back. Also excellent customer service everyone very friendly, can't say enough what a great place this is, thank you so much

I went in for a wash and blow dry and Mai did a very good job. The wash and hair massage was just what I needed.

She did it again! Carmona is my favourite. Started having a shampoo with Mai who is an expert of a head massage! I was in Heaven! Then Carmona's magic hair cut! I always enjoy going there. Atmosphere is great. I can't say enough about this great hair salon. I am very lucky to find Carmona as my hair dresser. See you next time!

She made my eyebrows look amazing

For this being my first time I am very pleased with the work & finished product! I walked in thinking I'd only get my eyebrows done but my beautician recommended I get my eyelashes done too & assured me I would be happy & she was so right! The services were amazing she was very gentle & made sure I was getting what I wanted before she went ahead to do it. I've never felt more beautiful & confident in a very long time. ❤️

It was a repeat service at this salon. First was only a haircut, but after 4 days I came back for a hair treatment and hair colour. And this is because of the outstanding service of my hairstylist, Carmona, and very accommodating manager, Rozz. Bless your grateful heart!! After salon hopping for a year here in YYC, hoping to find a hair stylist that can cut my hair the way I like it, I finally found her at AIO! Ruby gave me a haircut exactly like in the photo I showed her. The salon is also clean, spacious, staff are very friendly and very accessible as it's just across Shawnessy c- train station. I visited Ruby today, and once again, she did a fantastic job! She transformed my previously colored hair back to black and also gave me a keratin treatment and did my eyebrow threading as well. I was so happy on the overall services of JC Rozz Hair Studio! Kagaling ng pagka color sa hair. They brought back the exact hair color I was used to sa Philippines. Tapos ambabait at accommodating ng mga staff. Ako ang stranger and new customer, yet they offered me a ride to Ctrain station. Daghan salamat! I’ll surely go back: Shawnessy branch na ninyo soon.
