The entire team at Shine On exceeded expectations. I don’t know thst I’ve had a salon experience in Chicago where I felt I was actually being listened to when explaining what I’m looking for. Noah took the time to explain what he was doing, including what I could expect two and three cuts out. I had eyebrow threading done with Weronicka and she too was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a grown up experience. I’ll be sharing the Shine On business card with friends and look forward to my next salon day.

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I had a great experience with eyebrow lamination and facial hair removal here. My brows turned out beautifully full, fluffy, and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. The technician really took the time to understand the look I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I also had chin and upper lip hair removal done, and it was quick, gentle, and very precise. The process was much more comfortable than I expected, and my skin felt smooth with minimal irritation afterward. Overall, the service was professional, clean, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Diana.

Angie was so nice! It was my first doing a lash/brow tint. I was a little nervous about my lashes since I always hear about irritation, but she was very gentle with in and kept checking in if anything was wrong. My eyebrows also look amazinggg! 💓 I'll definitely be booking with her again soon 😊

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming! I am currently starting my wedding nails process and wanted to utilize the Builder Gel or Gel X applications methods which is hard to find near me. It's worth the drive for myself from Chicago to continue going to Bellaviva because the quality and service, I have always had a difficult time finding, is easily recognized and present. I will GLADLY being going to Bellaviva especially for my wedding nails process!

Such a lovely place! I arrived really early (Chicago traffic is tricky!) and they took me early. I had several things--a full spa day and it was awesome. I loved the music, the people working there, the chatter, the products, and the treatments! I'll definitely go back!

I had my lash and brow lamination done with Olha, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She is very detail-oriented, and everything was done gently and professionally. My lashes look longer and have a beautiful curl , I don’t even need mascara anymore. My brows look very neat and have the perfect shape, while still looking natural. I’d also like to mention the atmosphere -very clean, calm, and comfortable. The results truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work!
