This is my first time at Kess Onehunga. The reviews provided by previous customers were useful. I was able to experience the excellent service first-hand. The location is convenient. Ms Shilpa was warm and friendly, greeted me by name. She was also easy to deal with in terms of booking and rescheduling, too. She did my ear piercing - delicate and easy. The hairdresser assigned to me was Shika. He has feather like hands - light and efficient. Shika showed me hairstyles that he thought would best suit my facial features and my thin hair. I love my new hair! Count me in as a repeat customer!

I was so nervous but the team really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable and was happy with the service they were providing. So happy with my eyebrows.

Eyebrows perfect and excellent facial. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Was great highly recommend to everyone who wants to get eyebrows done. Really pleased with the result lets see how long they last. There was a bit of a language barrier but we managed. Will be back when these wear off.
