I am beyond impressed with my nano/ ombre brow tattoo from Joan. I specifically choose this technique because I have very light and faded eyebrows. Joan's attention to symmetry during the mapping phase was incredible. Joan is very patient and I ask her to do abit more strokes at the front, she's happy to do. She just wants all her customer to walk out happy. I love the service! 5 stars. I see you again for my 6 weeks touch up.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon. The girls were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and genuinely professional. They made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. The result of my lashes was honestly insane, I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, they even gave me a complimentary head massage while I was waiting, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. I truly wish I could stay longer in Auckland just to try more treatments with them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service and a beautiful experience.

I've been going to Ngi for the past 3 years, and she is hands down the best nail tech I've found in Auckland. Her attention to detail, consistency, and creativity are unmatched. Best beauty salon experience in Auckland! Sammy was amazing. She treated me with so much respect and put a lot of love into the services she gave me. She was thorough but also resourceful with time which I appreciated so I could maximise my weekend. I had the lash lift which results blew me away! Looked like falsies. And a perfect gel mani/pedi. Will be booking again to try the massage package with my partner soon.

It's taken me a long time to find a consistent quality nail salon and this it! The attention to detail, intimate setting and great customer service is second to none here in Auckland. Also try the deluxe treatment which incorporates wax dipping for with hands and feet to lock in and moisturizerize ( I havnt found this anywhere else ) . Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience - was feeling run down beforehand. I arrived to a welcoming and warm environment. The facial was wonderful and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, with great facial massage techniques and tailoring it to my skin's needs. I also had eyebrow threading with a brow and lash tint. I feel refreshed and pretty again and will definitely be back :)
