I visited Elisa for deraplaning and microneedling. It was my first time having both treatements done. Elisa put my mind at ease. She explained each step of the treatement process thoroughly and answered all my questions. Elisa genuinely cares about making her clients feel their very best after her treatements. I also see her for my HD Brows and LVL Lashlift. It's nice to have one person to go to who can help me with many treatements.

Elisa's knowledge and experience of lashes and brows is always evident in her consultation and the results whenever I visit her. Great beauty treatment as always with Ciara. Her treatment rooms are comfortable and clean and she always gives high quality treatment with nice products. Plus the availability of parking is a bonus in the Oxford area.
