Can't fault at all. Love my nails. Asked for a gonk on my Christmas nails and Claire did not disappoint. Had my eyebrows done aswell just a wax and tint but Claire doesn't rush like some places. Looking at booking in for some sort of facial in the New Year.

Easy to make an appointment. Cayci did a great job on my eyebrows with a simple wax and tint. I also had a manicure as my nails had broken and chipped and wanted to start fresh. This was my first appointment and will definitely look at returning on the future

Very friendly and the room was so relaxing and warm with a heated bed. The most relaxing eye brow wax I've ever had. I've immediately made my next appointment

I had lip blush done with Meg and she was amazing from start to finish. She helped me choose the perfect colours to suit both me and my skin tone, and talked me through the entire process so I always felt comfortable and informed. The actual tattooing was very gentle, and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. I’ve now had both my initial appointment and my top-up, and I’m absolutely obsessed with my lips! I wish I had done it sooner. I’ve already recommended Meg to others who are thinking about having it done.

Just spent a wonderful morning at Elements. Nails and brows with Xia...amazing as always. Then treated myself the facial of the month with Olivia, I cannot recommend this experience enough! Already rebooked for next month as I feel so relaxed. 5* all round 🖤
