The team really value and respect your health making sure they cover ALL avenues to ensure that you get the very best support and care for your treatment. I arrived at my appointment and was met with such a lovely warm and friendly service. I was recommended The Brow Barn from my friend who'd had a similar experience and couldn't recommend them enough! Dermaplanning facial - From Start to finish you are pampered and made to feel so relaxed and fresh glowing face. The massage helped me get rid of all the knots I had in my neck and shoulders. Eyebrow wax and tint- Jenna knows what i like and I wouldn’t let anybody else near them. Jenna is amazing and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. Thankyou Jenna xxx

Mia is absolutely amazing! Always lovely, friendly and professional. She goes above and beyond whilst in your appointment to make feel relaxed and comfortable :) Nothing is ever too much! I have my eyebrows done and I love them every-time! Friends always comment on how good they look <3 Mia will always try to accommodate where they can so you never have to worry! Jenna is the eyebrow queen, she has been doing my eyebrows for at least 15 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I always get compliments on them :) she is more like a friend now and I literally have never sustained going to a beautician or hairdresser or anything else like that for this amount of time I think this speaks volumes 💜

Absolutely the most amazing relaxing and serene experience I have EVER had. After a very emotional difficult year, I decided I deserved some pampering. So I have just had literally top to toe treatments, the whole works! I had back, shoulder and neck and head massage. A facial, including arms and décolletage. I had a luxury pedicure and luxury manicure. Finally my eyebrows waxed. It was pure bliss and I am floating! Chloe was totally fabulous at all the treatments, so knowledgeable and professional but at the same time so kind and easy to talk with and put me totally at ease. 100% recommend
