An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. I’d been thinking about having my eyebrows microbladed for a long time because I was so fed up with pencilling them in every day. I finally decided to take the plunge, and I’m so glad I did! Suzie created the perfect shape for my brows, I hardly had to explain what I wanted, she just knew what would suit me. The whole process was quick and professional. I was absolutely thrilled with the results. As expected, they faded a little and developed a few patchy areas during the healing process, but after my top-up, they look fantastic. Thank-you so much, I love them 😍

I'm a regular client at this salon...have been coming for years. I always see Suzie for eyebrows & nails....I feel valued as a client & feel genuinely welcomed. Sam makes a fabulous cup of tea. The salon is clean & gorgeous. All the staff are friendly & helpful with bookings/ choosing nail colours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
