The treatment room was lovely and she took the time to explain everything so clearly, which instantly put me at ease. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout the whole process. Wow another fantastic service to oana’s list. I’ve been waiting to try this Japanese head spa for a while and when I seen oana had trained in it I booked straight away.
