If you are running late to your appointment please give me a message or call me so that I can let you know if we have time to carry out the treatment. Please let me know at least 24 hours before if you are unable to make the appointment. Unfortunately if the appointment is cancelled or moved within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 40% cancellation fee. If you do not turn up to your appointment there will be a 50% fee to pay.
