It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

Cathy at Permanent Beauty did an incredible job on my lash lift and tint today. I’ve had lash lifts before, but this is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. She took so much time and care to make sure everything was just right, even asking how much curl I wanted and tailoring it to my eye and lid shape. She was so kind, gentle, and detail-oriented, and the results are beautiful. Her studio is also absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her!

Courtney and her team are amazing. They all work so hard and won’t let you leave without your hair being perfect. Courtney is so dedicated to her work and consistently gives amazing service. I would highly recommend this salon. It’s definitely one of the best in all of the Ottawa area.

Had such a great experience with Hannah! It was my first time getting my eyebrows done, but she made me feel so comfortable right away. She was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and really listened to what I wanted. I went in with just a general idea of wanting natural brows, and she was able to refine that vision and bring it to life even better than I imagined! You can tell she truly cares about doing everything properly, so happy with how my brows turned out, couldn't recommend her enough!
