Lena Baidikova did my haircut, and she did it very well — exactly as I expected. I was very happy with the haircut itself. However, I also asked to fix my highlights, which had previously been done at Scarlett O Hair and were not bleached properly. The correction only involved one or two small sections in the front near my face, with no additional color applied, just a small bleach fix. I was charged $50 for this service, which I feel was not quite fair considering the original work had been done at the same salon.

Today I had the honour of experiencing the Andrej facial! It was such a meaningful experience to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing facial with Olivera’s beautiful son’s personal influences and touches in the mix! Not only does Olivera do such an incredible job of looking after all of her clients but she is always looking to do good for the community and humanity as a whole. Shaila was great and did such an incredible job. She made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and then executed perfectly. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and courteous. She understood my dilemma and gave suggestions to correct. She made me feel comfortable with her and the process and she walked me through the aftercare procedure, which I have to say is something no one has done before. Can't wait to see her again in a couple of weeks.
