Sophia is an absolute master of her craft and the care and love she puts into the treatment experience is truly something special. I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. Been getting my brows waxed by Gemy but this time I brought my sister to get her brows done. She’s never waxed her brows before and was pretty scared. Gemy was very patient and kind on calming her down. The end result was amazing as always and my sister was really happy with the result.

Eyelashes look fantastic! I absolutely love them! Not as impressed with the eyebrows. They were tweezed only (I paid for wax) and it looks like the maintenance job that I do myself at home.

Roshni is always so warm and welcoming when I come in. She does my eyebrow threading and I have never had someone work like she does, she’s quick so you feel minimal discomfort and her attention to detail is the best. She always makes me feel very deserving of this me time and as a mom of 4 I appreciate her very minute of it! Thank you Roshni!
