We had an amazing experience at Snip Snap, which was our first time and we will definitely be back! Stacy was super patient, warm and kind while helping our daughter with her hair, especially when it came to detangling. Stacy was as gentle as possible and got the job done brilliantly. She comforted our daughter and even put us at ease with her knowledge on hair care for our daughter. We really loved and appreciated Stacy's excellent help and are so thankful! First time getting a Hollywood wax and I was really nervous, but the experience was much better than I expected. It was a bit painful at times, but the therapist; Lauren K Kincaid made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout. The results were super smooth and clean, definitely worth it.
