She makes you feel so comfortable during the session and shows real care and compassion. Any worries or concerns you may have just disappear making your experience so much easier and enjoyable. Brought my 11 year old daughter for her first pair of lobes today. Denise was fantastic with calming her nerves, explaining everything clearly, step by step and ensuring it was my daughter's decision and choice the whole time. Didn't feel at all pressured or rushed, detailed aftercare and some cute treats and certificate to take home! I always have my piercings here and have never had any issues and they're always happy to answer any queries during the healing process. Cannot recommend this place enough, especially for nervous first timers!

The staff are very cheerful, accommodating and a pleasure to meet. Denise is very friendly, informative & continually checks to see if you are okay throughout the piercing process. There is no pressure and you are welcome to proceed at your own steady pace, which makes you feel so much more relaxed. Her professionalism is brilliant. The piercing studio is impeccably clean, tidy and welcoming. The service is second to none and cannot be recommended highly enough. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great experience, she was patient and welcoming. I ended up just needing my lip piercings stretched instead of needing to repierced and she openly told me that and charged me for that service instead of the full fresh piercings. Very clean and welcoming environment
