Amazing as always. Denise has done many of my piercings and has never failed to exceed my expectations. She always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments, always checking to see I'm feeling okay before, during and after the piercing process. Lizzie was amazing when she pierced my daughter’s ears. She made sure the decision was her own, explained every step, and took the time to chat to her to make her feel at ease. After the first lobe my daughter was upset and I wasn’t sure if she would have the second pierced (which would’ve been fine). Lizzie reassured her, without pressuring or rushing. Within 10 minutes there were two lovely studs in place and a very proud and empowered little girl. Thank you Lizzie!

Was recommended to come here by my sister. Went today to get my helix pierced by Lizzie and honestly could not rate the experience highly enough. Was just after some young girls getting their ears pierced and could see how good the staff were with the children. Inclusive space- for example they ask your pronouns- and LGBTQ+ friendly. Lizzie was constantly checking I was okay, the piercing was where I wanted it before piercing it, etc, and it was quick and (for what it was) not that painful. The store knows exactly what they’re doing, don’t bother going anywhere else! I will hopefully be back.
