I was blessed to have Fiona as my consultant today and what a gorgeous fresh breath of air she is! From the time I entered the store she was so welcoming and down to earth. She was packed full of valuable information for the treatments I was looking for and she recommended the best treatments for my skin. Today I had laser hair removal and the laser to help remove / treat broken capillaries. She explained everything so simply and i felt so comfortable with the whole session. My beautician was lovely & I could not fault her but - I understand you are still moving into your lovely new location - however please either make that front room soundproof or move the clients with longer appointments to another room down the back. Dispute my beautician trying her best with tranquil music (reasonably high volume) I heard all phone calls & walk ins 😳 in my 2hr treatment.

Beautiful and relaxing standalone venue located within a small shopping area called Brickworks. Very friendly and attentive staff. My husband and I had the couple's massage. Side by side, Jane and Hurami ensured our dignity and comfort. Both very impressed. Were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Professional and friendly. Great massage. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when visiting The Gold Coast.

What a beautiful experience. My therapist was so down to earth and kind. I felt so comfortable in this beautiful relaxing space. I loved my quiet time. The face neck shoulder and foot massage was devine! I can't wait to try the next facial. Absolutely highly recommend everyone to give yourselves some self love and go see the ladies at IINSKIN!!! I decided on a hour relaxation massage with beautiful oil. The staff member was very gentle yet firm .. I felt very relaxed after .love geting my tea 🍵 staff also provided treats as well and I have been going there for about 4 years now. I also book my son in for a massage as well. The whole experience was very nice, from the time of booking until I left the retreat. My massage was excellent, although I would have loved the therapist to really focus on the area of concern. I also had an ear candling treatment; as it was the first time, I was hoping the therapist would ask if I had it done before and tell me what it does and how it works. I was a little anxious while receiving the treatment. I still did get more info before leaving, so it's all good now. I will definitely go back.

Zeina is amazing!!!! She is the most genuine kind hearted person I have ever met. Not only is she a beautiful soul but she is so good at what she does. I have never met a more knowledgeable technician. Zeina takes the time to explain every procedure and always gives the best advice. She is the best technician I’ve ever met after having tried numerous clinics in UAE and in Australia!!! My hair has become so fine after doing laser hair removal with her.

Best laser treatments and lovely ladies. I would say atleast 50% of my hair is gone after one treatment! Can’t believe I waxed all these years.
