Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few massages with Paula and each one is so amazing. Most recently I’ve had two buccal massages to try and help ease jar tension and they have been SO relaxing. I was a little apprehensive about having them as I’ve never had a massage like this but WOW every time I leave floating on a cloud. So relaxing, such a nice vibe and Paula is so lovely and welcoming, makes you feel right at ease!

Outstanding. As always. Met me, my body and my energy right where we were and provided me with everything I needed for release, relief and a real sense of coming home. Paula’s skill and expertise are next level, but it’s her intuition and wisdom, utilised moment by moment with such care, that do it for me. She finds things no one else could. I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person.
