Outstanding! Fay at Flawless is incredible with both lashes, nails & many more treatments. Her expertise is second to none, and I love her frank, honest advice. She’ll always tell me what will actually suit me instead of just taking my request, and that’s why my results are always perfect. I trust her completely (and going to her for last 20yrs) and feel so well cared for every appointment. If you want a beautician who combines skill with genuine honesty, Flawless and Fay are the ones. Ang was very warm and welcoming as always, but especially so as I've had a difficult couple of weeks. I had an Indian head massage and my eyelashes tinted. The massage was perfect, it released all my tension and stress. The correct pressure was applied, which Ang checked. I would highly recommend. Just what I needed!! My lashes are lovely and dark again, Ang always manages to get to the roots, which is great. Ang is always very professional, I look forward to my next appointment.

The environment was calm and welcoming, and Isabel is so kind and professional — she explains everything clearly and makes you feel truly cared for. Have just changed to Beauty by Isabel. Had a full set of lashes done by Isabel and then infills done a few weeks later and I cannot rate Isabel highly enough. She is welcoming, friendly and professional at the same time. She explained the process in advance and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The end result was brilliant and I look (and feel) 10 years younger lol. Would recommend anyone wanting treatments to make Beauty by Isabel their first stop.
